Premier League clubs have spent a grand total of £600 million so far in the Summer Transfer Window thereby clocking the highest in Transfer Spending in all of Europe’s top five leagues

3) West Bromwich Albion Net Spent - £24.5 million.

7) Liverpool Net Spent - £19 million.
8) AFC Bournemouth Net Spent- £18 million.
9) Leicester City Net Spent - £18 million.
10) Sunderland Net Spent - £17 million.
11) Watford Net Spent - £16.5 million.
