WES OPENS SPORTS COMPLEX

Reds defender Wes Brown opened a new sports complex at Stockport School on Monday afternoon.

The centre-back cut the ribbon on the £1.5million sports hall, astroturf pitch and air-conditioned fitness suite at the Secondary School, situated in the south area of Stockport Borough.

Stockport School is an 11-16 school, which aims to promote an educational culture which is scientific, technological and vocational.
After opening the centre, Wes signed autographs for the thrilled schoolchildren.
