"I do not know if they will be there, but they will be watching from the States I am sure of that.

"It will give them an idea what Manchester United is.

"And when, hopefully, they see our fans celebrating and see the atmosphere of that, it will be wonderful.

"I think the climax to a season makes it fitting (to play your closest rivals)," he added.

"It definitely increases the hackles on the back of your neck in the sense of "phew" we have got to play well.

"I wanted Arsenal in the semi-final last year as I thought if we got Millwall in the final we could win.

"No disrespect to Millwall but we should be beating them. It is unusual for you to win a cup final that way as you always think that cup finals are hard."
