SOCCER ace Ryan Giggs proposed to his girlfriend in hospital as she recovered from their baby’s birth. Romantic Ryan presented a £20,000 diamond ring to Stacey Cook after getting down on one knee at her bedside.
Millionaire Ryan previously asked Stacey to marry him last year — but only made it official by giving her the sparkler.
A Man United source said:
“With all they have been through in recent weeks they have grown closer and Ryan wanted to make the proposal something to remember.He showed her the diamond ring and she started crying and said ‘yes’ straight away.”
