"Does a shift in power mean one season? I'm not so sure. But I think there are easy targets for us to go for this season.
"We'll not lose six games at home like we did in the League last season. In those six games we scored one goal. That won't happen again. That means a hell of a difference
"There's always pressure in this job but it's how you handle it and what you do about it that counts.
"The positive reaction we've showed over the years has always been a good one.
That's why I have every confidence in the players' ability to come back this season.
"Our new coach, Carlos Quieroz, will certainly help and I think getting Rio Ferdinand will be a major boost. I also think the strength of the midfield positions will be easier to handle this year.
"Last year there was a lot of experimenting in certain situations. But we'll be a lot more settled this season and I fully expect us to get back to our best."
