"There was some more speculation about my own future in the press in the last week and I heard Inter Milan had again said I was their number transfer target," Giggs said.

"As flattering as it is to hear of big clubs like Inter talking about you like that, I'd like to make it clear yet again that I've got no intention of going anywhere," he confided on Icons.com.

"I realise there is little I can do to stop people speculating, especially during the summer, but for the record, my only ambition is to see out my current contract with the club.”
