Speaking in L’Equipe he said:

“It's a real pity because I felt real good at the start of
the match but I hurt the knee again when I landed heavily
after a challenge,

“I will have some x-rays today but in any case I will not be
able to play at Middlesbrough and I am not optimistic for
the rest of the season. I can just hope for the best.”
