Vidic made a 45 minute appearance in the game against Northern Ireland at the weekend and has had no bad reports on his injury since then and now expects to take to the field at Craven Cottage.
Vidic also points to the top of the Premier League where Chelsea are now five points clear of United and insists that the race for the title is far from over.
The Sebian told Sky Sports News: "Every team, maybe not so much Chelsea but especially ourselves and Liverpool, are losing so many more points compared to the years before, and not just off good teams.
"At the moment any team can win. I think this year the league winners will get maximum 85 points, maybe less."
Vidic even gives Manchester City a chance: "They have good players, but we will see how good their team is," he added.
"I don't want to say they don't have a chance. When you look at the players they have, you need to respect their team.
"And they are definitely going to take points off the top teams."
