Gill has already had talks with the man whose company holds an 18.25% stake in United and told BBC GMR: "He will hopefully tie up with us when we are on tour there in the summer.
"I am sure he and some of his family will come to a game and we will be delighted to see them there."
Gill is apparently anxious to emphasis that there is no hidden agenda behind his meeting with Glazer, now the major shareholder and could yet launch a takeover bid.

"I was there to discuss the club and discuss our results for the previous six months.
"We discussed what is happening in the club on the commercial side etc."
