The Daily Mail claim that United had scouts running-the-rule over the teenage midfielder at Standard Liege's UEFA Cup tie match against Sevilla last week.

The Belgian side are believed to have placed an estimated £10 million price-tag on the player that Italian side Inter Milan are also said to be watching.
