For the amazing bargain of £456, any member who has applied for 50% of the matches over the past two years can now apply to be one the 2,500 ‘lucky’ souls who get a seat in the Gods. There is even a 50% discount for those over 65 who are able to climb the Everest-esque mountain of stairs to get up there.
United are apparently rewarding the loyalty of said members, and expect to be oversubscribed. So, for the members that don’t get a book their loyalty is being rewarded by having 2,500 less seats available for them when they apply next season.
