For years IMUSA has demanded that the club do something about the appalling way we are treated when we go abroad so we should not be too critical of this Damscan conversion but sticking Ken Ramsden in charge does not fill you with confidence.
From The official site:
Despite all the planning that went into our recent match in Milan, Manchester United is aware that a number of fans were unhappy with some of the match arrangements.
Assistant Club Secretary Ken Ramsden said: "The Club have already written to UEFA voicing its concerns about the missile throwing from the upper tiers and long delay in releasing fans from our sections.
"We’ve also commented upon the lack of public transport after the game, lack of directional signage and the quality of stewarding."
Anyone who was at the San Siro that night and wishes to comment further should write to: Manchester United PLC, Sir Matt Busby Way, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0RA, and should mark the envelope for Ken Ramsden's attention.
Alternatively, complaints can be emailed to
