Silly season has only just started and the press are in full swing. Today's 'tip' for a move to Old Trafford is Valencia's Ruben Baraja. For those of you who don't know he is Valencia's midfield general. His agent seems to be talking him up so naturally he has been linked to United.

'There are rumours regarding interest from Manchester United in Baraja but no-one has officially contacted us,' admitted the player's representative Manuel Garcia Quilon.

'His contract is not due to expire for another five years but he is a very ambitious player and if there was an interesting offer that is good for his sporting career and for the club, he would consider it.'

I bet Valencia really appreciate Mr. Quilon's words.
