‘Arsene Wenger and Alex Ferguson are heading for a new bust-up over £8million-rated Seville whizkid Sergio Ramos. The feuding bosses of Arsenal and Manchester United are both chasing Spanish football’s latest sensation and last night sent scouts to keep an eye on the 18-year-old.
‘Ramos is Seville’s brightest prospect following on from Jose Reyes, who joined the Gunners last season for £21m. He has already established himself as a regular in Seville’s first team, starting 15 out of 17 La Liga games including last night’s clash against Real Madrid, who are also monitoring him.’
