academies and the youth players.

"You see that year in and year out. United are consistently
bringing people through the ranks.

"There are some good young players there again this season.
I saw a lot of the game on Tuesday and there looked to be
some excellent players,

"Fletcher looks like being a good player but there are a few
good players coming through at Old Trafford.

"Alex Ferguson is wise enough and clever enough to put them
in at the right time and put in one or two at a time rather
than all together."

Looking back on his career moves he says:

"It is a very difficult place to leave once you have tasted
it.

"The facilities they have got at the club are second to
none.

"I haven't been to every club in the league but nowhere I
have been compares to Old Trafford."
