SUNDERLAND AREN'T SCARED

…something to ram down their throats come Sunday morning?

Sunderland defender Justin Hoytt: "The lads are going into the game with no fear and believing that we can get a good result. We have shown character to bounce back from a poor start to the season and now we want that first home win. We've gone so close against West Brom and West Ham - games we should have won - so we will have confidence against Manchester United. They are a great side but we won't be overawed. We'll go out and give them a great game."

Keeper Kelvin Davies, "We're not scared of you. There's still an aura about them but maybe it's not as daunting as it once was. Chelsea are the standard bearers for the Premiership now. There's no doubt United have not achieved what they would like to have achieved this season. We're wary of them but we're not scared of them. We want to show them what we can do."
