STEWART TO GLASGOW

United have given Michael Stewart the opportunity to go on trial Glasgow
Rangers. Stewart had a loan spell at Nottingham Forest last season and
seems to be on his way to Scotland if he can impress. He said:

"I'm delighted to have been given the opportunity and it is up to me to take it.
It would be a case of moving from one big club to another.

"Hopefully, if all goes well in training, I will be given the opportunity on the tour
of Austria and then I would like to think I can show Alex McLeish what I can
do."
