Ryan Giggs has said that he won't leave United to search for first team football.

'I can't see a situation where I would have to look away from Manchester United,' he said in Giggs: The Autobiography.

'I still feel if I am playing to the best of my ability I will be in the team and still have enough faith in myself to believe I will be here for another three years.

'In the short term, my goal is to get back in the starting line-up. Looking beyond that, there are more medals and titles to win and I intend to be a big part of it.'

He also says thinks that bigger is better.

"If I had the choice now, it would still be United because of the history, the facilities and the way the club is run."

He added: "Look at what the club, and the manager, have achieved. Everything is there for you to become a great player.

"Chelsea have won the championship and they have the appeal of living in London and, of course, the money, but I would always say Manchester United were the bigger club."
