RUUD WANTS MADRID

Ruud van Nistelrooy's agent and Red Issue favourite Roger Linse has told the Spanish press that he expects Ruud to be a Madrid player by the start of next season. "We met with Manchester United to tell them Ruud thought that stage of his career was over," Linse told Marca.
"We know that Madrid want him and the player is also keen to play there.
"Madrid is a dream for any footballer and also for Ruud."
The MEN however reports that Real may turn their attention to David Trezeguet and leave Ruud searching for a club.
