"Ruud's fit. He has been great in training and he's ready to come back. It's a big decision. He's the best striker in Europe and his record in this competition is incredible. I've no fears on that count but after three months out there has to be a question about whether the pace of the game will be too much for him early on and whether it would be better to have him as a substitute."
