He might take his place in the starting line up but Phil Neville is happy Keano is back.
'Everyone is lifted by Roy's presence and it is great to have him back,' he told MUTV. 'He has such drive and you could tell the other night his hunger is still there. He lifts the performances of everyone around him.
'We have come to a period in the season where we have a lot of matches and we need a big squad. The manager is bound to freshen things up at some stage so it is good to have a healthy bench.
'The guys in the team have to keep their own form high because if you drop just a little bit, you won't get back in. I have played a lot of games this season. A few lads are coming back now but I want to keep my place.'
'A month ago there were a lot of disappointed faces among the players, management and staff,' he said. 'It was very quiet. Now the place is bubbling. Everyone has been lifted by our recent form and as long as the team is doing well, that is all that matters.'
