"People always remember my first senior goal against Arsenal on my debut, but since joining United I've been pleased with a few I've scored.
"Obviously, a hat-trick on my United debut against Fenerbahce in the Champions League was really special and something I'll always remember.
"And I was proud of the two FA Cup goals against Middlesbrough earlier this year. But I suppose people will say the Newcastle one is the best and I wouldn't argue.
He likes Fergie too:
"The manager has been brilliant with me, absolutely great."
"He has given me his total support from the first day I walked into the training ground, and that's important for a young player like me going into such a massive club.
"But it's not just the manager, everyone at United has been so supportive and I have also got the right people behind me off the pitch.
"His record at United is unbelievable - not just the number of trophies he has won but also the number of years he's been here and kept United at the top.
"That takes some doing, and although we have fallen behind Chelsea this season in terms of consistency, we are still in the FA Cup Final and chasing second place in the Premiership.
"That's not a disaster, even though this time we won't be winning the trophies that really matter at United.
"No matter what people might be saying outside the club, I know that myself and the rest of the players are 110 per cent behind the manager - he is still a great manager and he wants success as much as we do.
"It's ridiculous for people to question him, but the standards at this club are so high that when we don't win the top prizes people look for someone to blame, but he has the support of everyone at United."
