Ronaldo Scoops World Player Of The Year Award

The United winger beat off competition from 29 players, including team-mate Wayne Rooney, to scoop the prestigious award.

Earlier today (Monday) Ronaldo, along with United skipperRio Ferdinand, was named in the FifPro Team of the Year.

Ronaldo scored 42 goals for United last season as United won the Premier League title and Champions League trophy.
