Ferdinand will talk to Steve Barrow, the head of the FA's
compliance unit, at a secret location today.

Meanwhile Sir Alex Ferguson has backed the defender:

"Rio made a mistake in not having his test when he should,
but it was an innocent error. He just forgot," Ferguson
