RIO Ferdinand has promised a celebration to remember should he ever break his United goal scoring duck.
RIO TO DO A BEZ
Ferdinand is the only senior member of the United squad without a goal to his name.
"My main concern is keeping the ball out of the back of our net," he said.
"I'm a striker at heart though and if I start scoring you'll see some mad stuff, some mad celebrations, although the fans will have to wait until I eventually do it."
"There are still four competitions to go for and I am hopeful we can win something," he said.
"Maybe Wednesday's game could knock Chelsea psychologically if we win but all we are concerned with is trying to get to the cup final. We are unbeaten in our last 20 games at home now and we are starting to turn Old Trafford into a place opposition teams don't like coming to again.”
"The more that happens, the better it will be for us."
