Rio Injury Woe

The United centre-back was forced to sit out the second half of United's FA Cup sixth round win at Craven Cottage on Saturday evening after sustaining a first half ankle injury.

"Ferdinand is a bit of a concern," United boss Sir Alex Ferguson said after the 4-0 win at Craven Cottage.

"He went over on his ankle. There is a bit of swelling there.
 
"I hope he is alright for Wednesday because he is so important to us."
