As reported in Red Issue last season United are fielding two reserve sides this season, one in the Barclays Premiership Reserve League based at Altrincham and an under 18 side that will be playing its home games at Ewen Fields.
Wednesday's game is against Rochdale (7pm) the team will be competing in the Pontin's league and will be coached by Brian McClair. Ricky Sbragia is looking after the Barclays Premiership Reserve League side.
