Ray Wilkins thinks that we'll overcome Milan in the semis to book a date with Chelsea in the Champions League final, "I can see a United v Chelsea Champions League final. I don't see too many problems for United in the semi-finals. In fact, I'm sure that Sir Alex would have fancied beating Bayern or Milan over two legs.
"And after what United did to Roma, they have to be confident. Milan do have quality players in Pirlo, Gattuso and Nesta. And Kaka is a real class act. But they have an ageing defence. Against Bayern, I have never seen an Italian side allow so many crosses. If they do that in the semi-finals, United can expose them.
"You think of Cristiano Ronaldo running at them and you can see trouble. If he and Ryan Giggs do that, Milan will sink deeper and deeper, allowing United to get shots off at them."
However, Wilkins feels that we will have to deal with Kaka if we are to triumph, "I think he is quality, sheer class. He's two-footed, quick and strong. In and out of the box, he is lethal. I would certainly rate him up there with the world's best. However, I think United are playing with such flair at the moment that you can't oppose them."
Kaka himself insists that Milan are confident about their chances, "Manchester United are a great team, but Milan are not afraid of any side in the world. We respect them yes, but we are not afraid. We have a tremendous record in the Champions League. We have played 10 finals and won six. Our semi-finals with United will be as good as any knockout games you could wish to see."
