"We have lost three games 1-0 now this season and in each game it has been the same story.
"When you don't score goals you put yourselves under pressure. We made one mistake and we paid for it.
"I shouldn't be talking about the one goal Wolves have scored today. I should be talking about the number we have scored. I'm not and that's disappointing.
"Wolves defended very well and their keeper made three excellent saves, particularly from Paul Scholes.
"We have always reacted well to defeats and we must do it again. We can't afford many more like this."
"We lost it because of a disappointing slip by Wes Brown. It was unfortunate. He had just come on and he's let Miller in.
"No-one could have visualised that it was going to happen. Wolves were never in it, but goals do change games.
"We had some great possession but we were wasteful. We controlled the match, had three terrific chances and we've still lost.
"About the possible penalty he said;"Andy D'Urso is an experienced referee and he probably sided with the home side there."

'Once we had something to hang on to I knew people would throw themselves into the firing line to protect the lead, but that initial breakthrough is what we have been missing this season. We can take confidence from this result, though. We will build on this in every way we can.'
