house in Rawtenstal on Monday evening. They shouted abuse,
tampered with cars and cut a hole in a garden fence. One
member of the group was arrested at the scene, a police
spokeswoman said:
"Police were called to an address in Rawtenstall to a report
of suspicious activity. Patrols attended and one juvenile
was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage."
