Luke Chadwick has moved to Reading on a month's loan and Alan Pardew The Royals boss is very happy.

He said: "It's a boost for the club, he's a major player. It's great for us he decided to choose us out of all his options. He's a right-footed player so he would give some balance on the right.

"He's got great vision, he's a good passer of the ball and he's quick. He's eager to play and he's made that very evident."

He added on the club's website: "I've been impressed with him and his attitude even in the short space of time I've met him."

Meanwhile another United player out on loan has said he doesn't know if he will come back. Bojan Djordjic is currently on loan to the Danish outfit AGF Aarhus and is keen to stay, but believes his long-term deal at Old Trafford could cause a problem.

"I am under contract with United for three more years, so it's not as easy as it might sound," Djordjic told his own website." After the clubs talked with each other, I called United myself and heard about my situation at the club.

"I don't want to go into details, but the talks didn't make it easier to make a decision. I am happy that AGF have given me time and space to make a decision."
