'It has been a frustrating time because I have not been able to get into the team and I want to play but no, stories about a discussion with Carlos are not true,' he said.
'I have not wondered about my future. I still believe I have an awful lot to offer.
'I have always maintained if I keep my performances up and play like I can, I will stay in the side. The last few games have been disappointing. I wanted to be in the team to help the lads.
'Hopefully this is a turning point for me because now I have managed to get back, I want to stay there.'
And he doesn't mind being booed either
