NO GRUDGE TO BEAR

Jaap Stam has said that he is looking forward to playing against United for the first time since he left but he won't let the match affect him personally.

"It's true that Ferguson released me to Lazio but I have no personal vendetta," Stam told Milan's official website.

"I only want to show that I am a top player and, quite honestly, my only interest is to do well for Milan."

"It's a big encounter and for me it will be very important," he said.

"We want to win all the games we play until the end of the season and that
includes the Champions League. It won't be easy against them but we will go for it.

"Manchester are a great team and they have so many champions."
