No Go Ronaldo Says Fergie

The United boss revelaed that he had held talks with Ronaldo in Portugal earlier this week and he is adamant that the United winger will still be at Old Trafford come the start of the new Premier League season next month.

"The meeting went well," Ferguson told a press conference in South Africa.

"I think we both put across our points of view - where we stand and where the player stands,"

"I can say he'll be a Manchester United player next season.

"That's our stance - he won't be sold."
