Squads from the BBC:
Southampton could put Dexter Blackstock and Kenwyne Jones on the bench to provide aerial options with Peter Crouch suspended.
Kevin Phillips and Henri Camara will play up front and the back four will be unchanged, but David Prutton returns.
Paul Scholes, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gary Neville are minor doubts for Manchester United, who are unlikely to take risks so near to the FA Cup final.
Gabriel Heinze (ankle) is definitely out and could also miss the Cup final.

Queiroz says the players are focused despite what is happening off the pitch:
"I feel very comfortable working with the players at the moment, because they have become more and more alert with everything that is going on.
"I prefer it when players are more alert and not relaxed with the situation. We have more concentration and more aggression because we know our duties and know what we have to achieve.
"We will focus on our duties on the pitch.
"The more we are criticised the more determined we become.
"This is not the first time we have faced this situation and we have %always shown that we can rebound and show the greatness of this club. We have done it before and will do it again.
"It is a tough, tough situation and will be a very tough game.
"They are fighting for their life, and we are fighting for our pride, so it should be interesting. When you talk about Manchester United’s pride it is really a huge thing, so it will not be easy for Southampton.
"We expect to play the strongest team available and we need to do the honest job that everyone expects from United. We need to pay our respects to the league and to the teams involved in the other relegation games."
