Man Utd predicted lineup vs Real Betis (4-2-3-1)
GK: David de Gea - There was little De Gea could have done to survive the Liverpool barrage.
RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka - Diogo Dalot struggled massively at the weekend and this may represent a good opportunity for Wan-Bissaka to show what he can do.
CB: Harry Maguire - Raphael Varane was doubtful for the Liverpool game but still managed to play the full 90 minutes. The Frenchman clearly needs a rest and this looks like the right time.
CB: Lisandro Martinez - Ten Hag will be keen to avoid too much upheaval in his defence. If there's any player who can cope physically with another outing, it's Martinez.
LB: Tyrell Malacia - Like Varane, Luke Shaw hasn't been fully fit and he could benefit from a rest.
DM: Scott McTominay - Reports suggest that Casemiro picked up an injury at the weekend and Ten Hag would be wise to avoid taking any risks with the influential Brazilian.
DM: Marcel Sabitzer - Sabizter's energy and drive from midfield will be needed to try and pick this team back up.
RM: Jadon Sancho - Left out against Liverpool, Sancho will be desperate to prove he deserves to play in those big games.
AM: Bruno Fernandes - Fresh off a performance which has been widely criticised, Fernandes needs to be moved back into a central role while he looks to restore some stability to his game.
LM: Alejandro Garnacho - Garnacho has come up with some massive moments for United this season and his youthful enthusiasm could be just what this side needs right now.
ST: Marcus Rashford - As an academy kid, Rashford will have felt the Liverpool loss about as strongly as anyone. This is the chance to make a real statement and apologise to the fans.
