"They are speaking very confidently down there and we hope it is misplaced. Football tends to come back and kick you in the teeth sometimes and you can regret becoming over-confident.
"That's why we have to keep going. The situation is quite clear we have to win games. There is no doubt about that or else Arsenal will be over the horizon.
"But Arsenal have been confident. They talk confident and that's coming from all of them. Sometimes though that can come back and kick you in the teeth. Football is the greatest at doing that.
"We are capable of winning our remaining nine games. We are capable of winning any game and we have shown that time and time again, but the important thing is to win them and not just be capable of winning them.
"After Sunday we now have to depend on players with real character. We have to progress and make sure we keep the pressure on Arsenal."
"They are the team to catch but we have seen leads disappear countless times. It happened to us with Arsenal back in 1998, then we had a year when we were well clear of Blackburn and suddenly they got on our coat-tails and we only wrapped it up in the second last game, and then there was the time we pulled back Newcastle.
"Once you start dropping points it can all go very quickly. We still have to go to Highbury, so hopefully they will drop two or three points before then which will get us back in it.
"Everyone at our club, and probably Arsenal too, realise that if that happened and we had to go down there to get a result which would put us top of the league, it would be a perfect scenario. If we couldn't achieve that, we wouldn't deserve to win the league."
