Eirik Bakke was arrested in the Alwoodley area of Leeds at 3.40am, charged
with driving over the prescribed limit and taken for questioning to the city's
Chapeltown police station.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police confirmed that a 25-year-old man,
charged with drink-driving, had been released on police bail.
Police said Mr Bakke, 25, was to appear at Leeds magistrates' court on 17
January.
