Will he or won't he? There's a lot of speculation surrounding Ronaldo and
whether he will be in Milan next year or not. The Inter and Brazil striker is due
to return to Italy today and it is widely reported that he is going to ask to leave
the Serie A runners up. Real Madrid are in he driving seat to sign the striker
however Inter's President Massimo Moratti seems adamant he will see out his
contract.
"Ronaldo is an Inter player and Ronaldo is not on the market,"
"I have never thought, and continue not to think of Inter without Ronaldo."
Ronaldo has spent almost all his four years at Inter on the treatment table with
a knee dodgier than a scouser with a Stanley knife. However United, Real and
Barcelona are reportedly queuing up to sign him. United's only link with the
move is the new contract signed with Nike. However Red Issue's snout in Italy
is led to believe that if Real give Makelele plus cash for Ronaldo this would
free Zanettii. Meaning he can move to Lazio and hey presto Nesta can then
sign for Inter.
