Jadon Sancho Gets Thirsty & 100% Totally Confirms Manchester United Transfer

​Manchester United are in pursuit of Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho this summer, and the young Englishman sent the internet into a frenzy by 'confirming' the transfer without even saying anything.

The Red Devils have identified Sancho as one of their top priorities this summer and are determined to bring him to Old Trafford.

In fact, 90min learned back in September that ​United were confident they would be able to get a deal over the line.

Sancho streamed to his fans on Instagram Live at the weekend, and one asked him to take a sip of water if he is going to join ​United this summer.

What did Sancho do?

He took a sip of water. A whole sip. It's happening.

As with everything like this, United Twitter went into overdrive, with some fans adamant that Sancho has just revealed the story of the summer without even saying a word.

It's not the first time that an Instagram Q&A has got the better of United fans. Earlier this month, ​Marcus Rashford admitted that he would like to play alongside Sancho at Old Trafford, which quickly ended up getting spun into clickbait headlines all over the world.

"It would be good [if Jadon Sancho joined United]. Sancho is a great player," he ​admitted. "He's like the new generation player. It's definitely exciting to watch the player he's becoming - hopefully we can all play together. That would be good."

It's not hard to understand why Rashford and United want Sancho around. The 20-year-old has managed 17 goals and 19 assists in all competitions this season and is widely accepted to be among the world's finest wingers.


United will have to fend off competition from ​Chelsea, ​Liverpool and pretty much every other European giant to get this deal over the line.
