IMUSA have instructed solicitors to co-ordinate the response to the action taken by Greater Manchester Police on 29 July 2005.
Anybody who was involved in the incident, whether they were assaulted or simply witnessed what took place, should contact Paul Pickering of Birchall Blackburn Solicitors who are based in Manchester city centre as soon as possible. Birchall Blackburn have many years experience of bringing claims against the police and will help anyone who has a claim to put forward their case. Funding will be arranged where appropriate from either the Legal Services Commission or on a no win no fee basis.
