Should we qualify, United could meet Arsenal in the next round of Europe as well as in the FA Cup semi-final - or both sides could face Chelsea.

UEFA have decided that the draw for the quarter-finals in Nyon, Switzerland, should be completely open - meaning that neither nationality nor seeding will have any affect. Clubs could also end up playing sides they faced earlier in the season in the group stage.

A UEFA spokesman confirmed:

"It will be an open draw meaning that any club in the draw can face any other club."

The selection will also include the draw for the semi-finals.
