"Keane was one of the most influential players of the last 10 years and such a crucial player for Manchester United. He was one of the reasons why they enjoyed so much success and to be compared to someone of that stature is fantastic.
"It's important to win the ball in the middle of the park and try and get it forward in any game you play. I think I've shown I can do that. But although I play the same position as Roy Keane did, we are very different. He had his qualities and I have mine. When you go on the pitch, the most important thing is the performance. But some people are more vocal than others. At times, I'm relatively easy going and relaxed even though I get frustrated and want to win as much as anyone."
