ITV say he's just out for the season and this from The Independent:

A claim against Quinton Fortune by his former agent resumes in court in Cape Town today, with Colin Gie seeking 20 per cent of the midfielder's earnings. Gie, who acted as Fortune's agent for more than a decade, wants the South African international to honour a management agreement in which he claims he is entitled to a fifth of Fortune's income.

But Fortune, who parted from his agent last year, is opposing the action.

The 26-year-old is not expected to be in court despite being out of action for United following knee surgery. Earlier this month, Fortune's legal team argued the agreement was in conflict with standard regulations. Under Fifa rules, agents were only entitled to a two-year contract with a player and five per cent remuneration after taxation, they said. Gie, who discovered Fortune as a teenager in Cape Town's Kewlands neighbourhood, insists he had a 15-year deal signed in May 1998
