FLETCH IS GREAT

Walter Smith has jumped to the rescue of Darren Fletcher after he was supposedly slagged off by Roy Keane during the infamous interview on MUTV. However just like Fergoz it appears that Smith won't let criticism of the player stop him from playing in his team.

"I don't know what Roy Keane said about Darren Fletcher and I don't think that's been made public," he said. "I don't need to support him.

"He's played very well for Scotland. He did well in the second half against Belarus and was the best player on the pitch in Slovenia so he has been excellent."
