FERGIE'S GOT IT WRONG

Tommy Docherty claims Sir Alex Ferguson should treat Beckham in the same way he does Roy Keane.

He said: "If there has been any problem it has been the way Fergie has treated him from time to time.

"I think people like Roy Keane get preferential treatment. All players should be treated the same but he has let Roy Keane get away with a lot more. So I think he [Beckham] has been harshly treated.

"But this can be easily overcome. David is a Manchester United player, and the England captain and has got everything going for him in this country.
