Sir Alex Ferguson was in trouble with cops last night — after driving to
training chatting on his mobile.
Sir Alex, 61, went past reporters outside United's training ground in his black
Merc with the phone clamped to his ear.
Greater Manchester Police said: "We are aware of this offence and we are
looking closely at it — but cannot comment further."
The Home Office said: "This sort of offence is taken very seriously by the
police."
