Sir Alex would not comment on Sepp Blatter’s attack on Rio
Ferdinand, but praised David Gill for his reaction to it:

"David summed it up fine. It is unusual for these kind of
comments to come out and while I don't know if there will be
any further dialogue, David has handled it very well."
