After a less than successful start to his OT career Diego Forlan's confidence
seemed to be growing this preseason. Then he returned to last seasons form
in Amsterdam missing two sitters in two games, but Fergie still believes in
him.
FERGIE HAS FAITH
"If he was 33 I would be worried - but he's not,".
"He is only 23 and has a long time to improve. He has great energy and
movement and that gets him the opportunities.
"It is fair to say that he needs a goal to settle himself down and he has to trust
himself more when he shoots.
"At the moment he is leaning back all the time, which is why those shots went
over the bar.
"There is nothing wrong in terms of him taking chances, but he just needs the
confidence of a goal.''
Let's hope he can bag one against the Baggies and get that confidence back.
