The FA released this statement yesterday:
"At an Independent Disciplinary Commission hearing, a charge of improper conduct was found to be proven against Sir Alex Ferguson and he was warned to his future conduct."
The charge related to these comments, said after the Newcastle match on April 24th when Alan Smith was denied a penalty, "It's getting ridiculous now. I'm not sure if they are instructed but it is looking sinister to me."
